How has engagement changed between librarian and student in these challenging times? This session will explore how we can build better connections with students, who are increasingly suffering from feelings of isolation and anxiety. Drawing on unique experiences in wellness and accessibility, we will present information on how to set the stage for a positive class/consultation experience, how to use observation and connection to build relationships, and how to ensure that all students can access what they need to succeed.
